Alma Studio

Alma is a sanctuary for writers who want to re-enchant their creative lives. We believe that writing is a practice that restores presence, connection and imagination. We offer gatherings, workshops and retreats. Our mission is simple: we want you to experiment, flow, and trust your words.

In 2025, we ran multiple editions of the workshop Writing Your Inner World with Tarot in London, in partnership with Linden House. That same year, we also ran a three-month immersion with Portuguese-speaking women writers across the globe. The studio was founded by writer Julia Albertoni, the writer behind Alma by Julia.

Our programme is currently open with FLOW, monthly writing sessions with oracles, Tarot, and divination tools for imaginative inspiration. You can join us online or in-person in Newquay, Cornwall. There are also sessions in Portuguese, head to Cartas de Coruja to learn more about these.
